Should MP's be sin binned?

It has become much of a farce as both sides of the house try to out shout the other at a response to, or asking of a question. If anything it does not show our parliament up in a good light. I am also sure that if when these very same MPs were holding surgery's that a constituent came in and shouted at them, they would be removed.

So do you agree should MPs be sin binned?
