Is this why Labour are slipping?

Today as part of Yougovs polling they asked people who would be the best for the NHS, Law & Order, The economy in General etc.

Now Labour led in a lot of these areas but even in their homeland of the North where they have a 16% lead over the Tories, The Conservatives were seen as 5% better than Labour on the Economy and 6% for Law & Order. So if you are fit and well and working are you being swayed back to the Conservatives or stopped from voting Labour?
