You don't have to be busy to be influential. This list was compiled the other day whilst waiting for the teads list to be published and you will see that Labour list which are number 1 for being most influential. Which means they create the most links thru social media, but does not by any means have the busiest website. So lots of hits does not always mean lots of clout.
