NEW YORK PAY TRIBUTE TO DAVID MILIBAND

In honour of David Miliband being made president of the International Rescue Committee the Mayor of New York has a commissioned a fitting tribute for when Mr Miliband takes up his post. They have asked for a local landmark to be altered to recognise Mr Milibands faultless and selfless act in taking up the post.
