The latest YOU GOV polling is out today and the LIBDEMS are on the slide again. Only retaining a third of their vote from 2010. They struggle in some parts of the country to reach 5% and nationally are at 8% below you will see what they would get when the figures are put into the electoral calculus.
National Prediction: LAB majority 46
| Party | 2010 Votes | 2010 Seats | Pred Votes | Gains | Losses | Pred Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CON | 36.97% | 307 | 35.00% | 28 | 67 | 268 |
| LAB | 29.66% | 258 | 39.00% | 90 | 0 | 348 |
| LIB | 23.56% | 57 | 8.00% | 0 | 48 | 9 |
| UKIP | 3.17% | 0 | 11.00% | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| NAT | 2.26% | 9 | 2.26% | 0 | 2 | 7 |
| MIN | 0.89% | 1 | 0.89% | 0 | 1 | 0 |
| OTH | 3.48% | 0 | 3.85% | 0 | 0 | 0 |
The LIBDEMS would lose 48 seats leaving just 9 seats. This must be making a lot of libdems MPs twitchy.
