Is todays vote a test of LibDem & Labour cooperation?

Long Range UK general election forecast

ELECTION FORECAST FOR #GE2015

A private members bill which comes under the affordable homes bill, is likely to be back by Labour, as they herald it to be an attack on what they call the bedroom tax. Interesting as when they put forward their own bill back in November 2013 47 Labour MPs didn't vote for it, having all been paired off, in at the time a project they were using to herald fighting for those people they see as being in a cost of living crisis.

List of the missing 47 Labour MPs for their own bill to get rid of the Bedroom tax

So is today a test of how strong LibDems and Labour will vote / work together?
