WITH BORIS JOHNSON refusing to rule out standing as next Tory leader when David Cameron stands down, bookmakers William Hill currently quote him as 9/4 favourite to take over - which is great news for a William Hill customer from Steyning in West Sussex who placed a bet of £50 at odds of 100/1 on Boris to become Prime Minister back in October 2006 and stands to collect £5050 should it happen.
Theresa May is 11/2 second favourite to succeed Cameron with Hills who also offer 8/1 Pihilip Hammond and George Osborne, with Sajid David at 12/1 and Michael Gove at 16/1.
'Boris has been a popular choice eventually to become Prime Minister for many years but our West Sussex client will be the biggest winner if and when he does' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
