Councillors elected Unopposed/guaranteed May 2015

So much for democracy it seems for all the bluster of that you have to vote, and how terrible it is that you don't. In councils up and down the country over a 100 candidates will be returned unopposed because no one stood against them. Or Guaranteed because there is 3 seats and only 1 or 2 candidates from opposition parties.
